The College is headed by the Dean, who is the Chief Academic Officer of the College. He is directly responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day to day running of the college. Each of the three Schools in the College is headed by a Deputy Dean
The College Board of Examiners:
The Board shall consist of the Dean of the College as the chairman and all internal examiners in the College. The College Board of Studies shall meet at the end of each semester to consider the results of the examinations held in that semester.
College Examinations Committee:
The College Examinations Committee consists of the College Examinations Officer and the Departmental Examination Officers. The College Examination Officer chairs the committee. Its function is to plan and oversee all College examinations and to prepare results for the College Board of Examiners and Senate.
Other statutory organs of the College charged with responsibilities of overseeing its administrative duties include the following: Curriculum Committee, Staff Welfare Committee, Staff /Student Disciplinary Committee, Appointment and Promotion Committee, Research and Development Committee, and the Postgraduate Committee. There is also the Editorial Board of the College Journal, among others.
The College Officer is the Administrative Officer to the College. He handles staff matters in liaison with the Registry. He handles student’s records in the College, and acts as Secretary to College statutory committees.
