Spectral Selectivity Characteristics of FeCuS Thin Film and its Possible Solar Energy Applications.

ABSTRACT. Three ternary thin films of FeCuS, prepared with different concentrations of 1.660M, 1.574M and 1.566M respectively, were grown using solution growth techniques (SGT).
