Summary of Profile
Promise Ilo obtained her first and second degrees from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She holds a Masters degree in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Library Science/English with a Second Class (Upper) Division.She won the awards for the Best Graduating Student, Library Science Department and the Best Graduating student, School of Education, Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Nigeria (1989).Promise is a member of the Church Action Committee on HIV/AIDS(CACA) and Gideons International respectively. She presently heads the Technical Services Section of the Centre for Learning Resources
