Oni-Ojo Edith Ebeguki obtained her Masters degree in Law from the University of Benin; she had earlier obtained an L.LB from the same University and was called to the Nigerian Bar by the Nigerian Law School (Abuja). She is a lecturer at the Department of Business Studies, Covenant University. Prior to her appointment, she worked in reputable Law Firms as a Legal Practitioner. She has wide experiences in both litigation and corporate law practices. She is also an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practitioner and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Presently she is undergoing a PhD programme in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Her research interest include; Alternative Dispute Resolution, Industrial Relations and Business Law.
