Dr Oloyede is currently the Ag. Head of Department of Estate Management, Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is also a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
He is a Senior Lecturer and has published papers in reputable local and international journals.
