Covenant, CADAP Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement on Smart Service
Covenant and CADAP World Incorporated have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). CADAP is a Freetown, Sierra Leone-based organisation, which provides payment, education, connectivity, monitoring, financial inclusion for all, and energy anywhere.
The agreement mandates both parties to recognise the need to disclose to each other certain confidential information to be used only for business purpose, and to protect such confidential information from unauthorised use and disclosure.
While appreciating the Management of Covenant for its hospitality, the leader of the CADAP team, who is also the Executive President of the Company, Mr. David Meek Jah, who led the team, assured the University of his company’s commitment to making the most of the new relationship.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor AAA. Atayero, expressed confidence that the agreement between the two organisations would enhance their individual goals and objectives. “I believe this is a good thing we have done today, so we can move on and harness the benefits of this relationship as soon as possible,” he enthused.
Earlier in his opening remarks, the Registrar, Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo, pointed out that sustained conversations with CADAP had culminated into signing the agreement. He expressed the hope that things would go smoothly between the two institutions forthwith.
Also at the meeting were the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Akan Williams; Director, Financial Services, Mr. Paul Uwajeh and a representative of the Legal Unit.
