Spectroscopic studies of fluorination of bisdiethylaminotetrachloro-triphosphazene

Substitution of two of the chlorine atoms in cis-bisdiethylaminotetrachlorotriphosphazene with antimony trifluoride yields the corresponding 1,3-difluoride. With potassium fluorosulphite as fluorinating agent, the cis geminal difluoride can be obtained. Further fluorination of 1,3 difluoride and cis geminal difluoride with KSO2F and antimony trifluoride respectively affords the cis isomer...
