I have gained more knowledge of research supervision and research process since I started working with PhD researchers. Working with PhD and DBA researchers over the years has enabled me develop my own research management particularly in the area of time management. The experience I gained from both masters and doctoral supervision I bring into my own research and teaching. Reading students' research work and providing them with feedback is a hard but interesting part of supervising research work as each students work is never the same and provides lots of challenges as a supervisor.
Masters Dissertation Supervision:
I am supervising many postgraduate dissertations for programmes on Accounting and Finance, Leadership and Corporate Governance
Titles of selected successfully completed Masters Dissertations:
Corporate Governance and Small Businesses.
Strategic Financial Management
The Effect of Corporate Governance on Minority Shareholders
