Summary of Profile

My purpose is to raise a new breed of construction professionals with environmental and social consciousness to transform the construction landscape through active research and exemplar projects for the sustainable existence of Africa. My research endeavors have focused on construction management in developing countries and gender issues in the construction industry with a current interest in sustainable construction. By the grace of God, I have over 70 peer reviewed articles in journals and conferences indexed on the Scopus data base, a Scopus H-index of 9 and over 350 citations on the google scholar platform. I am a recipient of the Covenant University Chancellor’s Award for exceptional research in 2018. My passion for solving Africa’s developmental challenges inspired me to join the Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) Network. The mission of RCE is to drive education for sustainable development. Presently, I serve as Co-Chair for RCE Ogun (http://rceogun.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/members/) which is one of the 168 Regional Centres of Expertise in the world (http://www.rcenetwork.org/portal/rces-worldwide).
